ACCOUNTING 5200 WITH A GRADE OF C OR HIGHER; UPPER SOPHOMORE STATUS AND AT LEAST 13 CREDITS OF UNDERGRADUATE COURSES IN ACCOUNTING WITH A GRADE OF C OR HIGHER ARE REQUIRED TO TAKE THIS COURSE.
