About this course
Human Resources professionals and business leaders in the organization leverage Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to make better decisions about people and manage talent effectively. This course focuses on imparting knowledge and enhancing one?s comprehension of HR-related technology. From the fundamentals that assess the organizational need for an HRIS, to strategic considerations in designing, implementing, and managing it, exploring the role of HRIS in optimizing various HR processes is the focus of this course.
