About this course

This course focuses on theories and models of organizational leadership and provides opportunities for personal leadership development. We will examine the behavioral requirements of effective leadership and the disparate organizational conditions requiring different leadership approaches. An important component of the course involves self-assessments and analysis of your own leadership style.
