About this course
This course explores the origins and development of public relations asboth a discipline and global business, as well as how the PR discipline has adapted to function effectively in an Internet-driven environment marked by the rise of social media and the decline of traditional media. It explores how PR supports organizational objectives, reputation management and brand development and examines public relations as a key technique fororganizational advocacy.
