About this course

This course will examine, from a psychological perspective, the interactions between individuals, groups, and organizations. Key to this examination will be the use of both traditional perspectives from Organizational Psychology (i.e. an academic/behavioral-science orientation) and emerging trends in the field of Organizational Psychology (i.e. an experiential approach). A significant proportion ofclass time will be spent in experiential activities regarding organizational behavior.
