About this course

This course allows students the opportunity to explore the implications of the law and the legal environment as it applies to accountants and financial professionals. Topics covered include the federal securities regulations, other federal regulations, debtor/creditor relationship, choice of entity, Uniform Commercial Code, dispute resolution, legal duties and responsibilities of financial professionals, and other topics emphasized on the Uniform CPA Exam.
