About this course

Workforce planning is the critical process of evaluating, forecasting, and planning workforce supply and demand, conducting gap assessments, and determining target performance management methods. Topics include strategic workforce planning, workforce demand and talent supply, recruitment, selection, and retention, workforce analytics, change management, and ethical considerations.
