About this course
This two-week experience consists of inpatient and ambulatory components to provide students with the opportunity to participate in the evaluation and care of pediatric and adult patients with acute and chronic neurologic conditions. The focus will be on the development of clinical skills, including: conducting an accurate and focused medical interview, performing an accurate neurologic examination, documenting and communicating findings to the medical team, clinical reasoning and differential diagnosis, generation of treatment plan, and assessment of acute and neurologic conditions.
