About this course
Students will learn to identify all risks associated with their specific contractual, financial, operational and organizational requirements. Risk management strategies and risk transfer will be covered. Topics include construction risks & exposures, claims, litigation, construction defect mitigation. Students will learn and develop management strategies to reduce risk.
