About this course
An introductory course for the major and the industry including a thorough overview of the composition and creators of the built environment. Topics include the responsibilities and relationships between architects, engineers, and builders, the components of urban form, the interconnected systems we build, and the role of regulation and oversight in our industry. Formal and informal communication are addressed through a series of oral and written assignments.
