About this course
Exploration of the role of physical activity and exercise in the development and maintenance of health and fitness. Guidelines for physical activity and exercise in relation to health benefits are examined across the entire lifespan (infancy, childhood and adolescence, adulthood, and older ages), with consideration to the broader implications of their impact on local and global challenges.Pre/ Co Requisites: Departmental Permission.
