About this course
Culture impacts how people regard and approach situations?it affects what someone considers to be ?conflict,? how it should be handled, and how people think about and engage in negotiation. It also affects how people relate to organizational superiors and subordinates and how they behave in teams. In this course, students will explore the nuances of culture with respect to negotiation and learn a variety of approaches addressing cultural challenges, opportunities, and contexts.Note: This course is part of the John Jay College Option: Communications area of the Gen Ed Program.
