Read it on the college's own page

This is when the college's first group can register. Your own time slot depends on your credits and student group, so open CUNYfirst, go to Student Center, then Enrollment Dates, to see your exact appointment. We read this date from Graduate Center's own calendar and link the source above; if the college changes it, the college is right.

Before your Graduate Center registration time

  1. Find your appointment in CUNYfirst and clear any holds that would block you.
  2. Pick your classes and compare professors: browse Graduate Center classes, then build a conflict-free schedule with a stress score for each option.
  3. Set a free reminder and we will email you 7 days, 3 days, 1 day and 2 hours before, and warn you if every section of a class you picked fills up.
  4. Choose a backup section for each class. For one that is already full, a seat alert emails you when a seat opens.
