Primary focus is on distinctive interpretations of individual behavior in a group and organizational context. The consequences for organizational behavior and human resource management. Topics: person/role boundary; work systems; nature of leadership and authority; work attitudes (job satisfaction, job involvement, and organizational climate); motivational traits and environments; job performance; ethics.Prerequisite: Permission of the graduate deputy chairperson.
