3 hours; 3 creditsThe tools of financial statement analysis and skills that can be used todetect fraudulent and manipulative financial statements; review of actualfraudulent financial statements issued to investors; discussion of recentlegislation and its impact on the accounting profession; reforms thatwould actually protect investors. (This course is the same as Business3360 [72].)Prerequisite: Sophomore status.
