Python Programming Data Sci (CSC 203) at Borough of Manhattan Community College has 1 way to take it in Spring 2027, plus 1 recitation or lab time you pair with a lecture. 2 of 2 sections have an open seat right now.
Compare them below, check the days and times, and add the course to your schedule.
This course meets as a lecture plus a lab. Your schedule needs one time from each, and the schedule builder picks them together.
Prerequisite: CSC 101 or 103 and (MAT 200 or MAT 206 or equivalent) or departmental approval
This course builds upon Python programming skills acquired in CSC 101. Students will be introduced to data science tools and advanced Python programming topics such as Dictionaries and Sets, Array-Oriented Programming with NumPy, Strings, Files and Exceptions, Object-Oriented Programming, Recursion, Searching, Sorting and Big O. By the end of this course, students are expected to become proficient in Python programming, master the basic methods of data visualization, and able to manipulate multidimensional data at an advanced level using data science libraries.
Seat status as of Oct 4, 10:06 PM ET. Seats can change between refreshes. How fresh is this?
You need one lecture and one lab. They can be combined freely, so pick each separately; the schedule builder checks the times together.
