About this course

This is the first course of a one-year intensive intermediate sequence that is designed specifically for bilingual students whose home and/or community language is Spanish but who have little or no formal study of the language. The focus is on oral communication, reading development, orthography, lexical expansion, formal grammar, and facility in writing and composition.
