About this course

This course provides students with an in-depth introduction to and experience with the key topics and issues in personnel psychology. The course topics include job analysis, employee selection, test validation, training, HR metrics, and performance management. The conceptual basis for these personnel practices, as well as the practical, societal, technological, and legal implication of their use are discussed.
