This course will examine the most pressing issues in US national security and international security?including weapons proliferation, cyber warfare, pandemics, climate change, a rising China,and a revisionist Russia?and how this country?s ongoing debate on global engagement is affecting the liberal world order and the ability to address these challenges.Open to Austin W. Marxe School of Public and International Affairs students; others with Marxe School permission.
