About this course
The integration of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) into business operations is a growing trend that is revolutionizing the way organizations handle repetitive and time-consuming tasks. This course introduces students to the fundamentals of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies and how RPA can leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to assist an organization?s digital transformation efforts. Students will use hands-on exercises to understand how individuals without programming experience can build RPA applications to improve productivity. Students will use relevant readings and case studies to explore the potential and pitfalls of RPA.
