About this course

The arts and practices of effective writing and reading in college, especiallythe use of language to discover ideas. Methods of research and documentation will be taught, along with some introduction to rhetorical purposes and strategies. Students must attend individual and/or small group meetings during scheduled conferences for more specialized instruction on topics such as composing, revision, and research.
