About this course
This course provides the knowledge, skills, and tools to apply design thinking principles and methods to address strategic challenges faced by nonprofit organizations in the areas of mission focus, value proposition, strategic planning and management, program effectiveness, fundraising, stakeholder engagement, governance, operational efficiency, and social entrepreneurship. The course emphasizes empathy, problem definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing. Students will learn to develop innovative and human-centered solutions that enhance the performance and community impact of nonprofit organizations.
