About this course
An examination of the role and impact of major forces and institutions that affect formation and reformation of American public policy. A variety of public policy issues, such educational finance, the women's movement, civil rights, crime, abortion, and budgeting, are examined from different theoretical perspectives. Attention is given to comparable issues arising in other nations. This course satisfies the co-requisite for all 3000-level courses in Political Science.
