About this course
This 2-week course is a required course to prepare students for graduation and internship. It is designed to prepare students for the transition from their clerkships to residency. Through lectures, small group sessions, skills-building workshops, and simulations, students will learn about their expected roles and responsibilities after graduation. These sessions will include numerous simulation sessions. Topics that will be covered will include handoffs, medical errors, managing acute emergencies, procedural skills, working as part of a health care team.
