About this course
This course analyzes the role of the United States as a world power in the context of globalization, the structures and processes that have been rapidly integrating the world economically, politically, technologically, socially and culturally. Topics will include terrorism, migration, crime, health, the environment, human rights, trade, and financial flows. This course satisfies the co-requisite for all 3000-level courses in Political Science.
