Topics selected from: classical conditioning andinstrumental learning; punishment and reward; avoidance and rewardomission; extinction; generalization and discrimination; motivation ofbehavior; verbal learning and transfer; general theories of learning; shortand long-term memory; and motivation. (Not open to students whohave completed Psychology 72.1.)Prerequisite: Psychology 1000 [1.1]
