About this course

This course will provide a foundation for understanding and managing diversity in the workplace and the implications of working in a diverse organizational environment. Topics will include fair employment law; stereotypes, discrimination and prejudice; work and family issues; fostering belonging, well-being and inclusion in organizations through strategic HR initiatives.
