Relevant modern planning and control techniques and their underlying conceptual philosophy. Design, installation, and implementation of management information systems for planning operations, reporting performance, and administering the firm. Decision-making models, profit planning, and performance analysis. (Not open to students who have completed Economics 704X.)Prerequisite: admission to the accounting specialization or permission of the graduate deputy chairperson.
