This course explores conflict resolution in interpersonal communication contexts.Topics include models, theories, causes, and manifestations of conflict; strategiesand tactics of conflict resolution, including de-escalation, mediation, and collaborative conflict communication; and factors influencing conflict communication, such as conflict styles, emotions, interests, and goals.
