This course focuses on understanding and explaining how the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors of individuals are influenced by the actual, imagined, or implied presence of others. The course introduces the theories, research methods, and empirical findings of social psychology and places an emphasis on developing critical and integrative ways of thinking about theory and research in this area.
