About this course

This course focuses on the vertical and horizontal relations among American governmental jurisdictions. It examines the theory and history of American federalism and its emergence into an intergovernmental system. The emphasis is on the changing nature of constitutional, fiscal, and non-fiscal relationships. Open to Austin W.
