A practical introduction to using machine learning to analyze experimental data and theoretical models in physics, chemistry, biology, and earth sciences. Provides contemporary skills valuable for careers in technology, including an introduction to MATLAB and Python. There is no specific required mathematics pre-requisite but some previous knowledge of college algebra, calculus, and computer programing ishelpful.
