About this course
An overview of cities in the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. Topics may include transportation networks, housing, inequity, criminal justice, education, leisure, environment, politics, and government. We will explore these topics on a metropolitan scale, from both a historical perspective and as contemporary issues.
