About this course
Structure, properties, biosynthesis, and metabolism of major groups of compounds of biological importance: proteins, amino acids, carbohydrates, lipids, and coenzymes. The course emphasizes the relationship between the biochemical pathways and their location in the cell as well as metabolic regulation.
