This course focuses on strategic Human Resource Management (HRM) on the global stage. The course takes a deep look into a wide range of contexts, issues, needs, and challenges related to global markets, leading and managing a global workforce, and the nuances of cross-cultural talent management. Students will learn how organizations can enhance competitiveness by unleashing an effective global HRM strategy.
