Topics include personnel selection and placement; performance evaluation and training; work motivation, attitudes, and counterproductive work behaviors; leadership; organizational structure and change; conflict resolution; communication and group dynamics; human factors psychology; occupational health psychology. Prerequisite: Psychology 1000 or permission of the chairperson
