About this course
This course focuses on the roles, functions, and responsibilities of the corporatecomptroller and treasurer. It addresses the budgeting process, decision-makingmodels, profit planning and performance analysis. Design, installation, andimplementation of management information systems for planning operations, reporting performance, and administering the firm are also covered.
