About this course
This course focuses on the application of psychology to individuals, groups, and organizations. The course covers topics ranging from job analysis, employee selection, performance management, training, job attitudes, motivation, leadership, and occupational health. Evidence-based practices, theories, technology, and research methods are considered for each topic.
