About this course

This course serves as an overview of the fundamental concepts and principles relating to the study of financial accounting. These include the theories behind and applications of financial reports, as well as the financial organization and operations of a business. Specific topics covered in Financial Accounting I include financial statement analysis, valuation procedures, short-term and long-term measurement, inventory cost, and the time value of money, and the application of these concepts in making business decisions.
