This course explores the unique challenges and opportunities of leading and governing nonprofit organizations. Students will identify and evaluate leadership styles, governance models, and strategic decision- making processes within the nonprofit sector. The course will cover key topics such as board development, ethical considerations, stakeholder engagement, and the role of strategic planning in mission-driven organizations.
