Topics include capital structure, equity and debt financing, corporate restructuring, dividend policy, mergers and acquisitions, behavioral finance and international finance. (Not open to students who have completed [Business 3311]). Prerequisite: [Business 3310] or Finance 3310; Accounting 3001; and Mathematics 1231
