About this course
This course is part of our new series of course offerings on Italian Jewry. It looks specifically at the interaction of the Catholic Church with the Jewish communities of Europe, and in detail the Jewish communities of Italy. The time period surveyed runs from the early modern era to start of the Holocaust, and then more recent papal encyclicals.
