About this course
A systematic, analytical approach to understanding, predicting, and controlling human behavior in organizations. Students will learn the theoretical foundation of important concepts that are relevant to understanding human behaviors at the levels of the individual, groups and organizations. Different types of organizational structures and the development of organizational culture, as well as their impacts on people, will be introduced.
