About this course
This course develops the algebraic topics that are needed for most basic quantitative courses at the college, including linear equations, rates of change, rational expressions, functions and their graphs, Exponential and logarithmic functions, non-linear systems of equations and related applications. Students can receive credit for only one of the following classes: MTH 1023 or 1030. These courses may substitute for each other in the F-grade replacement policy.
