About this course
This course is a continuation of MUS 65 Guitar I. Topics include a repertoire using more advanced chords including barre, major 7th, minor 7th, and dominant 7th. Students learn to play simple songs by ear, transposition, technical exercises to increase strength and fluidity, harmonization, and basic improvisation. Guitars are available on loan to enrolled students for the duration of the semester.
