Prerequisite: EPR 201 or (MGT 110 and MKT 111). Not open to students who have completed MGT 314.
About this course
Focuses on how to start and operate a small or family business. Topics include facts about small and family business, essential management skills, how to prepare a business plan, financial statements and projections, marketing strategies, and legal issues. Students will write a business plan and deliver a business plan presentation. Note to back office: Not open to students who completed MGT314.
