Introduction to toxicology; drug-related toxic manifestations in animals and humans; asphyxiants; irritants; narcotics and anesthetics; the meaning of LDx; carcinogens, mutagens, and teratogens (carcinogenesis); threshold limit values and maximum allowable concentrations; pulmonary dust diseases; and routes of entry of toxic materials.
